Son of Dalia and Hertzel, and brother to Amos, Galit, Itay, Tal, and Riki.
Bar was born on 22 December 1991 (15 Tevet 5752) in Netanya.
He enlisted in the IDF on 27 July 2010 and served in the Oketz Unit.
Major Bar Pelech fell in battle in Jenin on 14 September 2022 (18 Elul 5782). He was thirty years old.
He was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Netanya. He is survived by his mother, three brothers, and two sisters.
Engraved on his gravestone by his family are the words: “A great man who did great things — lived like a prince and fought like a lion.”
