Leading the Pack, the alumni foundation of Unit Oketz, is deeply committed to making our organization and website accessible to people with disabilities. Our goal is to promote equal rights and transparency for all users, regardless of ability.
What is an Accessible Website?
An accessible website enables people with disabilities to browse with the same efficiency and enjoyment as other users. This is achieved through compatibility with assistive technologies and by leveraging the capabilities of the platform being used.
Website Accessibility Adjustments
The accessibility features on this website were implemented in accordance with Section 3 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Services) 2013, and in compliance with Israeli Standard 5568, based on WCAG 2.0 guidelines. The site is currently accessible to Level A, subject to modifications and adaptations as outlined in the Israeli Standard.
The website supports the use of assistive technologies such as screen readers, and is navigable using a keyboard:
