These programs are especially suited for special forces veterans, and include participants from veteran associations of Sayeret Shaldag, Shayetet 13, Matkal, Naval Officers School, Duvdevan, Lotar, Yahalom, Maglan, Air Force, 669, Talpiot, and many more.
Participation in the first program is free of charge, but demands serious commitment, dedication, and consistency.
What will you learn in the program?
A 360-degree toolbox of skills and capabilities, based on a holistic leadership model that includes both soft and practical skills.
The program integrates “soft” content like mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and coaching, with more “technical” topics such as team management, system optimization, conflict resolution, philosophy, economics, liberalism, and values-driven capitalism.

A shorter version of the EIDF program designed for participants aged 20–30 who are just beginning their professional journey.
Topics include:
Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness, Personal Values Definition, Internal Locus of Control, Effective Communication, Conflict Management, Teamwork, Habit Building, and Life Philosophy.
Like EIDF, this program is also based on a holistic leadership model with both soft and hard skills.
