Mentorship Program

The Mentorship Program is designed to support alumni of the foundation who are seeking guidance and direction from experienced professionals. It offers a listening ear, personalized advice, and practical assistance for those navigating personal, professional, or developmental crossroads.

Program Coordinator(s)

Amit Garnach

The program runs for approximately six months. Each participant is matched with a mentor, and the pair meets bi-weekly to explore relevant questions, challenges, or aspirations that arise over the course of the relationship. In parallel, group sessions are held with professional facilitators and program staff — separately for mentors and mentees — providing opportunities for peer learning and shared reflection.

Who Is This For?

The program is suited for any alumni of the unit currently navigating a personal or professional crossroads. This could include launching a new venture, taking on management responsibilities, pursuing professional or personal growth, or navigating work-life balance.

Who Is This Not For?

This is not a therapeutic, short-term consulting, or job-placement program. It is not designed for those seeking individual job prep (e.g., CV writing or interview coaching), couples counseling, or psychological treatment.

Program Updates

  • Cohort A: On July 4, 2024, clinical psychologist Elad Kimchi led a workshop on building intrinsic motivation.
  • In early December, Cohort A held its final group meeting — closing a seven-month journey that began in May. Over this time, pairs formed meaningful relationships through regular meetings tailored to the mentee’s evolving needs. Every two months, the entire cohort gathered for enrichment sessions with expert speakers. This program also laid the foundation for a new internal community that supports ongoing personal and professional growth.

Cohort B — Now Open for Enrollment

We invite all alumni of the unit to apply and join us for the next cycle of this meaningful and impactful program.
